This revises the earlier patch. Now the Geronimo EJB POJOs have wrapper
methods to do the casts for you, and the JSR-88 EjbConverter class compiles
against the revised code.

Change the o.a.g.deployment.model.geronimo.ejb objects to extend the
o.a.g.deployment.model.ejb objects. The loader is (still) broken, but the
patch includes a change so it compiles.
