Deriviative of Aaron's patch which makes the loadXXX methods work the same way
and allows EJBs to implement JNDIEnvironmentRefs
Method names have been rename to standard, but the classes have not been done
yet to preserve the filenames for diff.
Patch is diff against CVS so includes Aaron's original

Change the o.a.g.deployment.model.geronimo.ejb objects to extend the
o.a.g.deployment.model.ejb objects. The loader is (still) broken, but the
patch includes a change so it compiles.
