Change subject: gsup: add OSMO_GSUP_RAT_TYPES_IE ...................................................................... Patch Set 1: TODO: 29.002 specifies "RAT types" (plural), which is the only reason why this is a list. Let's clarify though whether that is really necessary / useful. For our purposes, we want to indicate the current actual RAT used for a LU, not a list of potential cells. I'm slightly confused / unclear about this.
