Quite. I was also puzzled by the reference to lack of support for processor groups in XP and Vista. Earlier in the document linked to by Vangelis it says, "On systems with more than 64 logical processors, nodes are assigned to processor groups according to the capacity of the nodes." Does ffmpeg require more than 64 logical processors?
