Whenever I click on my project RB2005 comes up rather than 2006. (This takes a minute or two, plus a warning it was created in 2006, then quitting it... etc). I have even done "Get info" on the project file and changed to rb2006 (which appears twice in the popup and I have tried both). That will work.
