When I rebuilt the Debian packages I just copied the debian/ directory
from the debian source package to my local CVS checkout of
degas/lib/libggi [1], and added an entry to the change log (in debian/)
with a newer version (so that the package would overwrite the old
one).
[1] The correct procedure here is to apply the patch as it may contain
other modifications to the source tree. I don't think it does in
libg?i though.
