Yes.

No. That's another beast. XGGI can be started to serve multiple screens
i.e. the x in "localhost:0.x". This is an inherent feature of XGGI with
no help from a pseudotarget like display-multi.

No, unfortunately not, as XGGI is not based on XFree. It is based on the
standard X Consortion code.
