I mean, is there any schedule on when a new release of GGI/KGI is going
to happen?
Other questions that arrise:

* Is going KGI to be integrated in the new 2.4x kernel series? If not,
why? and should the GGI team develop a branch of the kernel? Why doesn't
Linus want KGI inside the kernel sources?. Has anybody
on the GGI team talked to any distribution in the hope of including
GGI/KGI in the next releases as basis of them?

* How well are the relationships with the X team?
Is there a remote possibility of having X working someday over GGI?
And DRI? Is DRI possible under GGI?

To summarize:

Is GGI/KGI ending as a curiosity - another kind of graphics library - ,
or does it have a future as a basic part of Linux?

Note: for me, putting a good and thin graphics layer in the kernel is a
must have (if Linux doesn't want to get pushed away from Windows, and
more from the new and shiny Mac OS X).

Thanks for your time and effort...
