Hi!

I just created the following file-packages at Sourceforge:

- ggi-core

It is intended to contain four libs: libggi, libgii, libgg, libgalloc

- lowlevel

This one is intended to contain extensions, that are on top of
libgalloc directly like libovl, libblt, libbuf, libmisc, etc.

- highlevel

This one is intended to contain higher level extensions like
libxmi, libggi3d, libgwt, etc.

- misc

This one is intended to contain misc extensions like
libwmh, libggu, libgbm, libggigl, libgcp, etc.

- ggi-libs

This one is intended to contain ggi libs, which are _no_ extensions
like libbse, libgffd, libgic, libgpf, etc.

The file-packages will be represented in CVS as
toplevel-directories. This is not yet the case, because it takes some
time until CVS will be synced by a cron-process.

Then we can start importing our sources into CVS.

What I can import into CVS are libovl, libgalloc, libblt and libgcp.

All others libs I mentioned above either doesn't exist yet or are in
the old ggi-CVS.

My latest snapshot from ggi-CVS is from 2001-02-24. Is this the
latest one or has some committing happened since this time?

In order to import the libs, which are in CVS I wanna know from the
maintainer(s), if they wanna keep the history or not. If yes, then I
need the rcs-files, which holds the revisions, history, etc.

Furthermore I have a question regarding the demos, tools and the
wrappers: Should we import them, too? If yes, then I propose:

A file-package called "ggi-demos", which will contain
libggidemo and libedemo.

A file-package called "wrappers", which will contain all wrappers
like the svgalib-wrapper and Brian's perl-wrapper.

A file-package called "tools", which will contain ggi tools like
Brian's ehelper -tool.

Here are the libs, which are in CVS:

The maintainers should answer, if they wanna keep the history of the
lib or not. The libs will be imported _after_ the maintainer(s) will
have been given their response.
