Here is a summary of what I did:

- ehelper imported
Sorry for the delay, but I had to wait until SourceForge fixed the
cvs server problems I had gotten in the former import-attempts...
Rodolphe: I haven't imported libgwt yet, because I think, it's better
to make a major cleanup at it - particularly the directory structure.
And regarding these libs, I still need to know, whether the
maintainers want to keep the history or not.
