The reason is, that most users uses DirectX, because of the dominance
of MS Windows. When we have a working DirectX target, then we open
GGI to the greatest user basis, we can ever have.
Moreover, we can support the most graphic cards and use thier full
accelleration.

Great. Please also add a short README file in the target, which
describes from where we can download the gcc/Win32 compiler (i.e.
CygWin and some others).

This issue should be solveable by using #ifdef's in libGII. Make
patch and show it us on the list.
