IIRC, Marcus said, there is a program, which can update
ChangeLog-files using the CVS logs. Unfortunately, I don't know the
name of the program nor the URL. Does anyone know it?

When John Fortin could merge and commit his DirectX-tree into CVS,
then we should be able to archieve much more users. And more users
are more testers... :)
