You said on the babl/gegl discussion that you'd be unsubscribing from
the GIMP mailing lists. So first, I hope you'll stay in contact, and
subscribe again at some point, and even more I sincerely hope we'll
meet you in LGM where I'm sure the discussions with other contributors
will be much more productive than most of what happened on the mailing
list (I don't understand enough of the technical to take position, but
I feel like the problem is mostly a communication problem. And
dialogging only through emails does not help, far from it).
More on topic with this thread, does it mean you also wish to get out
of this small project of assembling a test suite of images? I hope
not, because I am not enough of a hard-core user myself to handle the
decision part (though Patrick David is definitely one, but 2 are
better than 1).
I have not taken the time to do the small web page yet, but I was
planning to set it up within the next week, and getting the news to
users (and GIMP magazine, etc.) before end of month. Are we putting
this project on hold?
