Hi Kappa,

I had the same problem when I tried to install a new version of gimp
without installing also a new glib and gtk. I thought it is not
necessary because the gtk and glib version was the right one.

But gimp cannot install if it has not a fresh gtk and glib.

I deleated gimp, gtk, and glib, reinstalled gtk and glib from CD and
then installed Gimp. It worked.
