Where are now the files of gimp-user mail list?

Just joint the list ��

Any place where I should get the files of the gimp-user mail list?

At the www.gimp.org the link should be wrong because a couple of weeks
ago I saw messages dated Jan, 2000 and now the newest one is
May 1999.
?:-(

I am tryin to find information about the problem with "Selection+-" tool
and KDE.

I am running gimp-1.1.13 and KDE-1.1.2 (Caldera Openlinux 2.3).
