this might be considered slightly OT, but I am looking for a diff tool do compare docx files under LINUX. I know I can do this with libre office or with MS Office under wine, but for this I have to have both files on available. But I would like to compare my working copy with earlier revisions. Is there an easy way to define this in git, so that this tool can be used whenever I compare docx files? The usage would be to simply see the differences between different revisions easily.
