Subject: [PATCH] Documentation/urls: git does not natively support ftp

5ce4f4e (Documentation/urls: Rewrite to accomodate
<transport>::<address>, 2010-04-06) added ftp[s] to the list of
supported protocols without justification.  Fix this.
