### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
As a part of HIVE-27492 issue fix, removed the UDFs which are present in
Hive as it may become duplicate but HPLSQL can support local and offline mode
which requires the HPLSQL supported UDFs must present in HPLSQL itself so added
them back and also fixed issues related to those UDFs.
