### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Copy table properties and properties stored in compaction info to the
HiveConf instance of Stats Updater
### Why are the changes needed?
To support passing job configuration properties of compactor to the stats
updater job
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.
### How was this patch tested?
