@zaher are you unable to change the language? From the title/description of the issue it sounds like you were looking for how to change the language in Geany. If the suggested method (setting the `LANG` environment variable) doesn't work, would you mind updating the description with more information such as any error messages you get (see `Help->Debug Messages`), as well as your Windows version, steps someone could use to reproduce the bug, and any other related information?
