As the movie shows: dragging a pane on the right, that has been closed, in 
order to reopen it, is much easier than performing the same operation on a 
closed pane on the left.

Please could Geany enhance the **show message window** action to open such a 
closed left pane at 1/3 width, without having to drag it, to overcome this 
problem?
