Hm, yeah we do assume int64 in [FloorTimePoint](https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/e03185b5ecc2f34c3655852ba5adeb1b40f76d4c/cpp/src/arrow/compute/kernels/scalar_temporal_unary.cc#L738) and I've tried templating it but it didn't work.
