Review Comment:
   OK, based on what we decided in that thread, yes this version is going to 
have to be bumped every release until we hit 1.0.0. Since this is kind of 
annoying churn for this example, I'll just make a comment that this is the best 
practice but remove the version constraint altogether for now. Post-1.0.0 we 
can add it back here if we like once we switch the compatibility strategy.
