With the `Visitor` interface in `arrow/util/sparse_tensor_util.h`, it’s
possible to replace `SparseTensorConverterMixin` in
`arrow/tensor/converter_internal.h` with a template. What do you think? Should
I do that in this PR? (It should be relatively easy.)
