Ah, it's Apache policy that actions like `microsoft/setup-msbuild@v2` need to pin the SHA (so it should say `microsoft/setup-msbuild@abc9841... # v2`), and there's a separate copy of adbc_driver_manager.cc in the go tree so it needs to be copied over (but we can fix those at the end) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
