@jorisvandenbossche I redacted the PR as you suggested to only accept `numpy` masks when a `numpy` array is being converted. When a generic sequence is converted instead we accept `numpy` arrays, `pyarrow` arrays or plain sequences as the mask. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
