Review Comment:
   Yeah! sorry for the vague warning message. `NotFound` is raised when the 
bigtable table is not found or when the when column filter has columns that 
don't exist. Added a test for this behavior.
   
   `row` is None when there are matching records. eg: row_key doesn't exist. 
Added a test for this with configurable exception throwing.
