Change the input type of FHIR Search in the FhirIO library to KV<String,
Map<String, Object>> from KV<String, Map<String, String>>.
Since the FHIR search API takes in Object as a parameter, we should also
keep the FHIR search connector as generic as possible so parameters other than
strings (e.g. List<String>) can be passed in.
