Closes #26306 # Rationale for this change The test module in `datafusion/core/src/datasource/physical_plan/csv.rs` defined a private `aggr_test_schema()` that was a duplicate of the public `datafusion::test_util::aggr_test_schema()`. This created redundant code and a risk of schema drift if the shared schema is updated. # What changes are included in this PR? - Removed the private duplicate `aggr_test_schema()` in `datafusion/core/src/datasource/physical_plan/csv.rs`. - Imported and used `crate::test_util::aggr_test_schema` directly in the test module. # Are there any user-facing changes?
