## Summary Fixes changelog generation when a commit has no linked GitHub author. The changelog generator now falls back to the Git commit author's name when `commit.author` is `None`, instead of raising an `AttributeError`. ## Tests - Verify the Git author name is used when the linked GitHub author is missing. - Verify the GitHub login is retained when the linked author exists.
