Thank you for this work @zhuqi-lucas -- I see switching to use `Utf8View` is a non trivial change and we should probably be tracking with its own epic as it will require several other items to fully do (such as JSON Uft8View support) I can try to file such a ticket later today / tomorrow if you don't have a chance to do so -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
