Review Comment:
   The list is a little longer:
                       Keyword::PARTITION,
                       Keyword::AS,
                       Keyword::IGNORE,
                       Keyword::REPLACE,
                       Keyword::ORDER,
                       Keyword::PRIMARY,
                       Keyword::ON,
                       Keyword::SELECT,
                       Keyword::STRICT,
   Caveats to this approach:
   - Some negative unit tests need revising (they are failing differently)
   - The parse_plain_option is now concerned with keywords which are not option 
related (i see this as a mix of different layers/concerns)
   - We save on keywords, but we may end up with a negative list which is just 
as long
   
   Unless you have a strong preference, i prefer we leave the existing 
implementation, LMKWYT
