Review Comment:
   What about executing the filter directly on build/probe indices slice here 
and concatenating the indices later?
   Ideally, I think the filtering operation should be done here, directly on 
the sub-batch (and using coalescing kernel 
(https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/7652 ) to push results.
