@timsaucer - Sorry for the delay! Tested DF52 wheels from this PR against
delta-rs Python bindings on macOS arm64.
Wheel from GH Actions run 21139947370 (`dist-macos-latest`). DataFusion
integration tests pass.

tests/test_datafusion.py -vv
1 passed
```
Branch: `df52-datafusion-python-wheel-test` on my fork.
Can run Linux/Windows if needed. Will do iceberg-rs next.
