top of the body and

fatal, so a failure

survives into the next

reports as two, and the

Review Comment:
   Done in 1e392c5c2, using `INFO` rather than `CHECK_MESSAGE` -- the latter is
a
   doctest macro and is not available in Catch2:

   ```
   $ grep -rn "CHECK_MESSAGE" lib/catch2/src/catch2/
   (empty)
   ```

   `INFO` before the `CHECK` gets the same result. Verified by forcing the
removal
   to miss:

   ```
   test_rpcserver.cc:102: FAILED:
     CHECK( rpc::test_remove_handler("forced-miss") )
   with expansion:
     false
   with message:
     handler: do_nothing
   ```

   The leaked handler is now named in the failure output.
