Review Comment:
   Confirmed fixed at 34b5586238. I rebuilt the full test_libswoc executable 
with the updated sources and registration macro, then reran the same two cases 
with -j2 --repeat until-fail:100 using a dedicated TMPDIR: both passed all 100 
repetitions (200 executions). The separate directory names eliminate the 
cross-case collision reported here. I also reviewed the other follow-up changes 
and found no new actionable issues. Full ATS CI is still pending; my local 
validation was focused on this regression.
