Rebased on the latest master and reran cmakefmt over the CMake files master has changed since the last rebase (`CMakeLists.txt`, `src/iocore/net`, `src/mgmt/rpc`, `plugins/stats_over_http`). The `format` target now runs clean. The Copilot overview pointed out that an empty file list makes `tools/cmakefmt.sh` recurse from the current directory. That was right: both `cmakefmt --files-from` and the follow-up `find` fall back to `.`. The script now returns early when no files match. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
