Hi, First, I think you missed a feature on github: it already offers a (simple) wiki.
I don't know if github or gitorious will offer an issue tracker one day. One thing I imagine for such feature integration is to use a "distributed" issue tracker. There is many projects for this. IMHO, the really interesting thing for this is: having a distributed system (really important related to a Git repo) and keeping issues near to code in a OPEN system.
