Both gitorious (and github afaik) supports wikis and are non-scary, depending on how easily scared your users are and the amount of clean underwear they have stocked. As for #3, I've mentioned before on this list that's it's interesting, but I'd be much more interested in something that integrates more deeply with the code and the existing merge-request functionality gitorious offers.
