Thank you for updating us on the e-perspective in many parts of Africa. The last paragraph contained the hopeful message I was looking for. Everywhere there is exploratory spirirt, and willingness to engage, rather than resist the new technologies, we find entrepreneurial willingness and human ingenuity. With continued respect for local custom, personal freedoms to choose, and inevitable resourcefulness and creativity, the huge (potential) advantages of e-communication of ideas and pursuit of new opportunities can only persevere!
