Hi Rubén, Best of luck to an awsome position. For the LSH upload we (mainly André Costa) did he got an OTRS-permission connected to the account (LSHuploadBot) that does all uploads. The LSH license template, https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:LSH_license, links to the premission and is used in all uploads. Is that a way to work for you?
