You should have asked! :-)
We've got a working 6.8.3 and 6.10.x with -fvia-C and also HEAD with -fasm
on the sparky T2. I expect we can make bindists using the sparky buildbot.
It only takes ages to compile if you're using gcc-4.2.x or later. Using
4.1.x is fine. See [wiki:Building/Solaris#SelectingagoodGCCversion].
