There's also an occupational progressive called Interview by Essilor
that has a very, very wide corridor.  I find it almost the ideal
computer lens even for use with large monitors.  Very little swim,
very little distortion.

I haven't found it online yet, but Costco sells them, and you just
need your regular Rx - when you order the lens, they correct for the
intermediate distances and deliver you a correct lens based on your
base Rx, your adds and the size of the lens.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Interview at all.
