Your prescriptions for single-vision glasses for either computer
terminals or reading didn't specify the sphere numbers for distance
vision. Based on the fact that my "add" for reading is +2.00 to +2.5
depending on the reading distance (same for both eyes) and my sphere
powers for distance are +1.25 and +1.5, I am just guessing that you
might need some sphere for best distance vision, even though you get
along ok now without glasses for far objects.

But I am neither an optometrist or an ophthalmologist, and certainly
not qualified to specify your prescription in this forum. Nobody
should be trusted to do that remotely. That's why I recommend that
you get a re-examination and a complete prescription from a
professional before placing an order for on-line glasses. If you
intend to order progressives, you certainly don't want a "best guess"
rather than a real prescription. Progressives are a more demanding
proposition than single-vision or bifocals. To maximize the
likelihood that you will be satisfied, get a prescription from a
reputable professional to submit to your chosen supplier. Otherwise,
you're just gambling and you might hate what you get.
