Got an email from Zenni Lab in China (by the way, their email address is not the same as Zenni site, here is it: [EMAIL PROTECTED] not very professional to use Google Mail as a business address.... ). Email states:
"11.10.08 Re: Order # xxxxxxxx Dear Ms./Mr. xxxx, We will deliver your glasses from the lab to our office tomorrow and you may expect to receive your order within approximately another one week. The time may vary slightly depending on your location. Orders shipped within the US are done via first class United States Postal Service and take approximately 2-5 days for delivery after leaving our office in California, holidays and weekends considered. Thank you for selecting Zenni Optical for your vision needs." So will give them until Friday and then call to get the tracking number for the shippment - as instructed on the Zenni web to call and get such info. Am not very convinced that they indeed will ship to their CA office and such will be delivered by "tomorrow" (Nov 12th?) but will give them until Friday to let me know the tracking number. I did not hear from the lab in China on their own - as the customer service rep I called said, I have written an email, as a reply to a previouse note they sent (asking for one out of 4 pairs to upgrade the lenses to "higher" index of 1.61 or 1.67 with additional cost of course...). All the email exchanges has been included in my recent note stating that I called their CA office and was told that the lab has not yet made the glasses (and they could not say if all 4 were not made or just one of the 4). Nate: if you have your order number, put it in the Subject of the email (e.g. Subject: Order # 123456) and send it to their China lab, using this email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Will keep you all posted..I still have the charge back option on the table. If I do not get the glasses by the end of next week, will call my credit card company to reverse charges with the note that my credit card has been charged and a month latter I have still not received the goods (they are NOT supposed to charge the credit card before they send the goods... and after a month, which is the norm, the deal is off).
