Well, folks.... have called yesterday (Nov 13) and today (Nov 14)
and ... now am told to call again on Nov 19 as
Zenni cannot tell me when I will get the 4 glasses. Its not in their
system. On Nov 13 I was told by their customer rep
that they got the glasses and they ship them that day but the tracking
number will only be available a day latter. So
called today, only to hear the story changes again.

So called my credit card company and asked for a charge back. Will get
a form from them and will fill it.

Lets see how Zenni ignored the credit card company...

Have created a new thread with the summary of all that happened.

Conclusion: do NOT order from Zenni or you risk to not get your
glasses, not get what you want, get defective glasses, and wont
get any help when there is a problem. If you like to pay loto, buy a
loto ticket, at least you have a chance to really get rich and you
do not  expect much to win...

Will wait a while and will try again from another web source... am not
ready to give up yet on buying glasses on the web...
