Nate, First, if you have ordered on Oct 21, not Sep 21st, that is still OK... but you should get shipping tracking number. Second. Seems someone from Zenni does read this forum... :-) now they have changed the story saying to you that its the custom's shippment delay. Of course, this now is the case of being "out of their hands" delay wise. Maybe they read my post where they told me the lab in China has not made my glasses yet which is a clear cause to charge back the credit card amount to them...
So I suspect your order and mine are in the same batch although mine has been placed on Oct 19, given they tried to sell me for one pair out of the 4 ordered, to use the higher index lens (1.61/1.67) they did stop the making for couple more days. I sure hope Zenni is just messy and does not have the propre computing tools to track orders and productions. This is something the USA can help them with? :-) Maybe Ira can call Zenni and arrange an on line order/tracking/production computing system. Hey... Ira... what do you say about you becoming the Michael Dell of the glass industry, for the tracking/production system wise? Will call Friday to get my tracking number - they should have it by then - and will report back here...
