I admit the only reason I'm interested in them is because I'd rather have one pair of glasses that I wear all the time instead of one to wear and another to carry around. I think if the quality of brown photochromatic lenses was very good, it would be worth it. Now I've never had any so I don't know if the lenses are totally untinted when they are 'off.'
I suppose for the added expense that maybe it's better to get 1 pair of regular glasses (maybe with a magnetic shade) and a pair of sunglasses. Any wisdom that can be shared?
