I placed my third order with Zenni on 12/30/08.  The order was for 6
pairs of glasses (5 regular, 1 sunglasses).  In the mail today, I saw
their "signature" white plastic bubble envelope and was very excited
to check out my new glasses.  They're all great, prescriptions are
right on, frames look good.  The problem?  There are only 5.

My question is this:  Have any of you ordered 6+ pairs of glasses from
Zenni before?  Is it possible that this is the largest bubble envelope
they have and they split up the order between two envelopes?  Or do
you think I'm just going to have to go through the frustration of
explaining their screw up to their exceptionally surly customer
service reps?

I've emailed them to let them know of the problem.  I, of course,
called first and was told by a recorded message that no
representatives were available and to leave a message and then again,
by another recorded message, that their mailbox was full.  I'll try
calling again tomorrow around noon EST.

Just wanted to see if anybody else has put it in a big order to Zenni
and had a similar problem.
