I haven't order a 6+ pair of glasses from them yet, but might in the
future for my mom.  I placed an order with them over a week ago for
some sunglasses and I never received a confirmation email back from
them like mentioned on their site even though I have the invoice/order
number.  I emailed them a day later to see if my order was processed
and I have still not received a response from them yet.  So far,  not
impress with their customer service or lack of !
